This is a free 30 minute session for anyone who would like to learn more about Ayurveda and how a consultation might benefit you.

If you are a new client, you will book an initial intake consultation. This is a 90-minute session where we will discuss your health goals and concerns, as well as the current and past states of your physical, mental and spiritual well being. You will fill out a client intake form with your health goals, medical history, as well as information about your current lifestyle and diet practices.

You will leave the session with a wellness plan, including a set of lifestyle and diet recommendations.

During this 45-minute session we will discuss the outcomes of the recommendations you received during the initial session and make modifications as needed.

Follow-up sessions typically take place about a month after the initial consultation.

Cost: $60

During a seasonal check-in we will review your health goals and make adjustments to your diet and lifestyle practices based on the qualities of the season at hand.

This session type is for existing clients.
